How NexusBarter handles information across the platform.
Information we collect
We collect account identifiers, profile details, organization and member-business records, support communications, marketplace activity, billing references, and security events needed to operate NexusBarter. Payment card data is handled by payment providers and is not stored as raw card data by NexusBarter.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, enforce tenant access, process and reconcile trades, provide marketplaces and communications, deliver support, prevent abuse, satisfy legal obligations, and improve service reliability.
Tenant and member data
Organization operating records are isolated by tenant. Authorized organization users and member-business users can access only the records allowed by their role. Public marketplaces expose only directory-approved fields and never publish direct member contact details.
Service providers
We use infrastructure, authentication, email, payment, monitoring, and hosting providers to operate the service. Providers receive only the information needed to perform their services and are subject to contractual or technical controls.
Retention and security
We retain records for operational, accounting, security, dispute, and legal purposes. Immutable ledger and audit records may be retained longer than editable profile data. We use access controls, row-level security, encryption in transit, audited privileged functions, and time-limited support access.
Your choices
You may update profile and notification preferences in your account. Requests to access, correct, export, or delete eligible personal information can be submitted to privacy@nexusbarter.com. Some accounting, security, or legal records cannot be deleted on request.
